Louis A. Thompson, President/ Chief Executive Officer/ Chairman of the Board Mr. Thompson has been with Kavilco since 1972, serving on the interim Board before Kavilco was incorporated in 1973. He was elected President on October 3, 1974 at Kavilco’s first Annual Meeting for shareholders. His term of office expires in 2010.				Louis Jones, Sr., Vice President Mr. Jones has been on Kavilco’s Board of Directors since 1979 and began serving as Vice President in 1994. His term of office expires in 2009.
Scott Burns, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Burns has been an employee of the corporation since 1982.				John Campbell, Secretary Mr. Campbell has been on Kavilco’s Board of Directors since 1994. His term of office expires in 2009.
Jeane Breinig, Director Ms. Breinig has been on Kavilco’s Board of Directors since 1993. Her term of office expires in 2008.				Kenneth Gordon, Director Mr. Gordon has been on Kavilco’s Board of Directors since 1994. His term of office expires in 2009.
Ramona Hamar, Director Ms. Hamar has been on Kavilco’s Board of Directors since 1973. Her term of office expires in 2008.				Laird Jones, Director Mr. Jones has been on Kavilco’s Board of Directors since 1994. His term of office expires in 2010.
Melanie Locklear, Director Ms. Locklear has been on Kavilco’s Board of Directors since 1997. Her term of office expires in 2010.				Marie K. Miller, Director Ms. Miller has been on Kavilco's Board of Directors since 2004. Her term of office expires in 2008.
