MEETING: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

The primary items of business are the approval of the Corporation's independent public accountants and the election of Directors. Directors terms expiring this year are John Campbell, Kenneth Gordon and Louis Jones, Sr.

Your 2008 Annual Report and Proxy Statement will be mailed in October. YOUR VOTE IS IMPORTANT even if you can't attend the meeting.

ANNUAL DINNER & AUCTION: Cape Fox Lodge, Shaa Hit Room. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
